Provide all information requested below. Please type answers to the following sections on your own paper. In your application package, include a video of the work you would like to present (VHS or DVD). Only completed works no longer than 14 minutes in length will be accepted. Applicants should include a self-addressed stamped envelope to ensure the return of the video. In addition, a self-addressed postcard can be included to inform the applicant that the application package has been received by K Dance.

HONORARIUMS AND DISCOUNT LODGING WILL BE PROVIDED. EACH COMPANY WILL RECEIVE A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO DOCUMENTATION OF THEIR WORK. COMPANIES MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TECHNICAL AND DRESS REHERSALS.
